Automated account notifications

Granatell Alerts is a private software application operated by Charles T. Granatell as a sole proprietor in New Jersey, United States. It monitors a personal investment account and sends automated SMS notifications to the account owner when activity requires confirmation.

The messaging program

The application sends transactional account notifications only:

• No marketing, promotional, or advertising content is sent.
• The sole recipient is the account owner named above.
• No third party can subscribe. There is no public sign-up.
• Message frequency is typically one to five notification sequences per week, weekdays only.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Account notifications are enabled during account setup, when the account owner enters his mobile number and confirms consent. The following disclosure is presented at that time:
