SMS messaging terms and conditions

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms govern SMS messages sent by a private software application operated by Charles T. Granatell (“the operator”). The application sends automated notifications to the operator’s own mobile number. The operator is the sole user and the sole recipient.

Program description

The application sends transactional notifications about activity in the operator’s own personal account and requests a confirmation reply. A notification sequence consists of an initial message requesting a YES or NO reply, one reminder if no reply is received within ten minutes, and a closing message after twenty minutes if the request expires unanswered.

This is not a marketing, promotional, or advertising program. No commercial content is sent.

Consent

The operator consents to receive these messages by entering his own mobile number into the application’s private configuration during setup. This is the only method by which a number can be added. No third party can subscribe, and no third party receives messages from this program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Typical volume is one to five notification sequences per week, sent on weekdays only. Some weeks may contain no messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop all further messages. A single confirmation message will be sent acknowledging the cancellation, after which no further messages will be sent.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact ctgranatell@grantinc.com.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by network conditions, device settings, or carrier filtering.

Supported carriers

Messages are supported on major US wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

Privacy

Mobile numbers are handled as described in the privacy policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
